ORGANIC PRODUCT CERTIFICATION (NON-GMO)
Courgettes, having been certified by an approved inspection body, are produced according to Organic Farming principles. The characteristics of the product and its production process are indicated by the current EU Regulations (including subsequent amendments and additions) "concerning organic production and labelling of organic products". The growing is managed according to the good farming principles and in conformity with the EC regulation 852/2004 section: Primary production and transformation into semi-finished products.
Cut up - Spheres, slices.
The product has an irregular cylinder shape, a green skin, a white, firm flesh and few seeds; the courgette slices have an average thickness (flesh) of 3-5 mm; their average diameter goes from 4 to 6 cm.
First and Second
Classic smells and colours, sweet, pleasant and typical fresh flavour. It takes on an acid/saline taste developed by pickle; flesh consistency: medium (lightly fleshy).
A carton, without any other packaging, suitable for any contact with foods and to contain fresh foodstuffs tested on earth; net weight: 5 Kg
Storage temperature: from +4,0 °C to + 12°C; TMC OF THE SEMIFINISHED PRODUCT (Dried, spherical courgettes) = 8-10 MONTHS IN COOLING CONDITIONS;
The product is GMO-FREE (no genetically modified organisms), in accordance with the EC regulation 2003/89 of 10-11-03 and subsequent updates about allergens, moreover it does not contain latex and any packaging material used is without latex.
