Black olives Peranzana and Leccino

VARIETY - ORIGIN
Leccino: globe-shaped, lightly flattened at the poles; average diameter from 1.5 to 2.5 cm, colour: olive-green

Peranzana: elongated, globose at the level of the petiole, average diameter from 1.8 to 2.5 cm, variable length from 2 to 4 cm, colour: leaf-green, pigments on the drupe.

INGREDIENTS**
Olives*, water, salt, acidity regulator (┬░lactic acid), antioxidant. Lactic acid (added in the main pickle) = 50-100 g.\120 Litres.
